Teaching goals:

  • Teaching basic physical properties of nanostructured materials
  • Presentation of methods for determining the properties and structure of nanoscale materials
  • Understanding of essential process engineering principles in the "bottom-up" or "top-down approach" for the production of nanoscale, nanostructured materials
  • Recognizing and practising interfaces between nanotechnology and previous technologies
